Nose:油脂充分,許多略帶鹹味的葡萄乾與一點點硫味,大量果醬、蜜餞和龍眼乾甜,一些柑橘、黑莓,慢慢的透出一絲橡木桶與年輕的木質,一點點辛香,時間拉長後浮出一些麥芽與可可,不過酒精感也逐漸上升

Nose:一開始的酒精感有些旺盛,很充足的麥芽甜,蜂蜜、乾果,一些奶油油脂,少許柑橘和果醬,慢慢的浮出一些堅果、烤堅果的焦甜和肉桂、肉桂麵包,加點水可釋出明顯的奶油、焦糖和果甜

Nose:明顯的深雪莉甜,很快的浮出硫磺味,蜜糖、乾果,少許乳脂,少量燒烤橡木桶,並逐漸的釋出煙燻,只不過硫味從一而終的伴隨,香氣的延續性也不佳,有點過於單調 18
Palate:輕軟的雪莉甜,淡淡的乳脂,蜜糖、蜂蜜、麥芽和柑橘,一些蜜餞、莓果點綴,許多木質單寧加上荳蔻、肉桂刺激震得舌面一陣酥麻,堅果,少量可可與巧克力 20

Nose:略顯霉味的餿麥很清楚的飄出,再慢慢的以蜂蜜甜取代,少許油脂,少量葡萄乾和麥芽甜,時間拉長後,蜂蜜甜越來越盛,但餿麥感依舊揮之不去,再多放些時間,浮出混合了麥芽與脂粉的甜香,相當有趣 19
Palate:很甜的麥芽與淡淡的蜂蜜,呈水感的乳脂下,略帶點餿麥感的老麥芽,少許肉桂、薑汁以及木質單寧的刺激,一點點略苦的柚子皮在舌兩側,一點點橡木桶、堅果 20

Nose:在略顯刺激的酒精中透出了雪莉甜,濃濃的柑橘蜂蜜甜與略呈柔軟的乳脂,莓果、青蘋果、蜜餞類的果酸逐漸清晰,活潑的屬性過了10分鐘緩慢沈穩,增添了許多燒烤橡木桶的厚實感,一點點木炭、炭烤暗示,帶有深沈韻味的蜂蜜、麥芽、乾果甜,30分鐘後更出現一股奇妙的煙燻木質,溶著些許黑巧克力,不過也摻了一點點的苦中藥,40分鐘後的木質單寧感越來越多 23

Nose:重雪莉!大量的乳脂帶來微微的塑膠暗示,蜂蜜、乾果、葡萄乾、蜜餞眾多深沈的甜味都融化在乳脂中,再慢慢浮出薄荷的清涼,10分鐘後的橡木桶更加厚實,微苦的黑巧克力隱隱流動著,而活潑的薄荷、木質帶來了躍動感,不讓果蜜的酸甜沈凝,雖說刺激性稍多,但40分鐘後依舊甜美、深沈又活潑,毫無美人遲暮的疲態 23

Nose:清爽的雪莉,薄荷、莓果、百香果、蘋果種種清涼的果酸,蜂蜜、蜜餞、蜜李甜,木質十分活潑,稍待片刻摻入了奶油油脂而慢慢沈凝,10分鐘後輕燒烤橡木桶,木炭與炭烤風味逐漸增濃,單寧感也逐漸增加,但襯著豐腴的蜜甜與油脂而顯得不失莊重,可惜40分鐘後緩慢下滑,透露出一絲堅果、花生暗示 23
