Nose:上端一陣很甜的紅花香,大量的蜂蜜、糖漿、果醬甜撲鼻而來,但這種甜味並不膩,因為很快的從底部浮出輕柔的粉甜,奶油、牛奶糖、香草蛋糕,慢慢的釋出越來越多的脂粉花香,一點點軟軟甜甜的北港飴暗示,相當舒服

Nose:濃烈、強壯,伴隨酒精濃度衝出的麥芽,這是first nosing的第一印象。嗆鼻的酒精很快的散去,浮出麥芽、香草甜味,以及涼涼的薄荷;10分鐘後桃子類果甜飄起,香草愈濃;20分鐘後依舊是香草為主的木桶,以及一絲淡淡的鹹;25分鐘後柳橙味緩緩出現,加了一些水顯得圓潤許多,有如creamy vanilla 22

Nose:非常輕、柔的麥芽裹在重重煙霧中,稍嗆鼻的酒精必須靜置數分鐘使之冷靜,而後不酸的柑橘類甜味慢慢釋出,有如甜柳丁帶一點點瓜類,微涼的薄荷,些許creamy、香草,以及堅實的木桶;20分鐘後結構仍札實,煙霧終於散去,葡萄柚及百香果甜味飄出且持續到盡杯,十分複雜有趣 21
