Nose：濃濃甜甜的花香和粉香，馬上轉為麥芽甜，輕柔的煙燻帶來涼意，但是不是太輕了？輕到讓我產生抓不到風味的焦慮！慢慢的雪莉透了出來，和著一絲乳脂的溫婉，但不是我熟悉的Amontillado，輕飄依舊，缺乏個性，10分鐘後才稍現濃度，釋出了帶著蜂蜜的果甜香，但感覺不出雪莉，些微的柑橘和薄荷，厚度不足而顯得乾扁薄弱，20分鐘疲態更盛而明顯支撐不住了 18
