Nose:微帶著穀物的香草甜,乾淨但非常少量的柑橘慢慢冒出頭來,但很叫人訝異的「空靈」,即使10分鐘後也只有淺淺的柑橘果皮和稀微的莓果,努力搖晃酒杯之後,20分鐘浮出了燒烤麥芽和輕煙燻,少量乳脂,溶出稍溫和柔軟的麥芽牛乳,加些水之後,浮出清淡、甜美的香草,總算讓我感覺舒服多了 19

Nose:一點點柑橘,似乎遙不可聞,但蜂蜜、糖霜、果醬般的甜香慢慢的浮出,淺淺的乳脂,顯得非常輕緩溫柔,並轉化出微微的柑橘、莓果和鳳梨果酸,10分鐘後粉粉嫩嫩的脂粉花香,以及大量的柑橘、柳橙濃甜,並逐漸添入乳脂與奶香,25分鐘淺淺的薄荷涼很是乾淨清爽,延續超過40分鐘後方緩慢下滑,但加點水之後,50分鐘依舊流露著乾淨的柳丁和香橙 23

Nose:花蜜甜隨著酒精衝出,再沉澱下來,但仍是滿含甜蜜,慢慢的麥芽香透出、薄荷涼浮起,帶著些許奶油的木桶味築起了底部,輕雪莉的風味蠻討我喜歡,可惜偏弱的酒體似乎下降得很快,10分鐘後雖然微帶柑橘的雪莉桶味仍在,但得努力深入杯中才聞得出來,不知還能支撐多久…奇妙的是,當我寫完這些文字、讀了幾行書,再嚐試的聞了聞,咦?怎麼又變濃郁了?有著奶油稠度和花蜜甜香的桶味深深的蓄在杯底,很精采的表演 23
